About Cornerstone
A home base for meaningful change.
Cornerstone Pathways Living exists for the in-between season: when someone is ready for greater stability, but needs a safe and supportive place to practice what comes next.
Who we are
Respected for where you are. Supported toward where you want to go.
We welcome adults who are capable of independent living and benefit from structure, accountability, and a nonjudgmental community. Every resident is respected for where they are while being supported in where they want to go.
Cornerstone Pathways Living provides non-clinical transitional housing. Our role is to provide a safe home environment and practical connections while residents work toward stability.
Our story
A place built around the next right step.
Cornerstone Pathways Living began with a simple belief: a person should not have to choose between independence and support while rebuilding a life.
When life has been unsettled, progress often starts with ordinary things—a dependable place to sleep, a respectful conversation, a shared meal, and someone who believes the next step is possible. We created Cornerstone to make room for those beginnings.
Our work is rooted in dignity, purpose, and community. We offer a steady home environment where adults can take practical steps toward stability at their own pace, with clear expectations and encouragement along the way.
What we believe
Progress grows in the right environment.
Dignity is the starting point
Our language, expectations, and support begin with respect. We make space for honest conversations and real-life complexity.
Consistency builds confidence
A dependable rhythm at home can help residents focus on employment, relationships, wellbeing, and their next housing goal.
Connection makes a difference
We help residents connect with community resources and outside providers that support their individual plans.
Independence is personal
There is no single timeline for rebuilding. We encourage progress that is practical, sustainable, and shaped around each resident's goals.
Our scope
Supportive, structured, and clear.
